Palace of Culture of the 50th Anniversary of the October Revolution Steel-Rolling Mill of Orel
The Palace of Culture of the Orel Steel Rolling Mill was built in 1977 after a design by Ya.A. Livshits. All premises were designed as connecting rooms, which formed big halls and cozy lounges next to them. This makes it possible to hold six to seven different events simultaneously for a total of over three thousand guests. Diverse pieces of decorative and applied arts, including reliefs, tapestries, wall panels, sculptural compositions, original chandeliers, cachepots and floor vases, were used in interior design. Various studios, circles and clubs are operating at the Palace.
Currently, it is called the Metallurg Culture and Leisure Centre in the city of Orel.

1978 as a member of a team of artists supervised by Ya.A. Livshits, nominated for the USSR State Prize in Literature, Art and Architecture of the USSR Council of Ministers for the artistic solution of the interiors of the Palace of Culture of the 50th Anniversary of the October Revolution Steel Rolling Mill of Orel.
